PIE CRUST 
4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. lard
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 egg, beaten

Mix dry ingredients and cut in lard. In separate bowl, mix water, vinegar, and beaten egg. Beat well. Add to the dry mixture. This recipe makes enough for 3 double crust pies.
