STRAWBERRY AND RHUBARB PIE 
3 c. rhubarb
3 c. strawberries
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3-4 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. butter
Pastry for a 9 inch 2 crust pie

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Line 9 inch pie plate. Combine sugar, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon with flour. Place half of strawberries and rhubarb in plate. Sprinkle with half of sugar mixture. Top with rest of strawberries and rhubarb. Top with rest of sugar mixture. Dot with butter. Bake 40-50 minutes, 425 degrees.
