STRAWBERRY RHUBARB CREAM PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
Pinch salt
3 slightly beaten eggs
4 c. sliced rhubarb
1 c. sliced strawberries or frozen
2 tbsp. butter
2 crust recipe for 10 inch pie pastry

Mix sugar, flour and eggs. Add salt and eggs. Mix in rhubarb and strawberries. Make pastry and place crust in 10 inch pie pan or can make cobbler. Add rhubarb mixture to crust. Place butter over top of rhubarb. Put top crust on and crimp around edges. Prick top with fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes until golden brown crust. Cool on rack.
