PICKLED EGGS 
4 1/2 doz. eggs (med.)
14 oz. light vinegar
14 oz. dark vinegar
4 oz. yellow chili juice
12-15 whole cloves
4 bay leaves
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. celery seeds
1 heaping tsp. garlic powder
Handful of chili's for top of jar

Combine all but eggs and chilis in 1 gallon jar. Shale well then add eggs and chilis. Let set for 24 hours.
