MARY'S CAULIFLOWER SOUP | |
1 head cauliflower (broken up or sliced) 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 1 pkg. chipped beef, cut into bite size pieces (family size) 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 6 oz. Velveeta cheese 2 cups water Note: I've used "no fat" or low fat products and can't taste any difference. Steam cauliflower until tender to the fork. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer until they reach are well blended. Stir often to avoid melting. Enjoy!! I have a real slow cooker and frequently put all the ingredients together after the cauliflower has been steamed. Again, be careful not to let it burn. This has an excellent after taste, just a bit salty so be sure to NOT add any salt until tasted. Submitted by: Mary Jones |
