FILLED CAKE ROLL 
3 lg. eggs
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. Gold Medal flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Any desired filling

Line 15 1/2" x 10 1/2" x 1" pan with waxed paper and grease. Beat eggs in mixer on high until very thick. Gradually beat in 1 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time. Slowly, on low speed, stir in the water and vanilla. Gradually add remaining ingredients and beat just until smooth. Pour into pan and spread into corners. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Immediately loosen cake and invert onto towel, dusted with powdered sugar. Remove paper, trim edges, and roll cake starting with narrow edge. Cool on wire rack for at least 30 minutes. Some suggested fillings are cooled lemon pie filling, strawberry jam, apricot jam mixed with whipped cream, strawberries mixed with whipped cream.
