DIXIE'S EGG CASSEROLE 
18 eggs
1 lb. meat (bacon, ham or sausage)
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 c. milk
Salt and pepper

Fry meat. Drain and crumble. Beat eggs. Melt butter. Stir in flour. Add milk and cheese. Cook until thick and smooth. Cool. Add meat. Pour into 9 x 13 inch buttered pan (glass does best) at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. 15-18 servings.
