BOB'S MACARONI CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. uncooked macaroni
4 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2/3 c. milk
Salt & pepper to taste
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded & diced (opt.)
3 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/2 lb. hot or mild sausage, cooked & drained
3 eggs
1 tsp. garlic powder (opt.)

Cook macaroni as directed; drain. Combine everything except eggs and milk; mix well. Pour into 2 quart casserole dish. Beat eggs and milk together. Pour over other ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
