EGG AND SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
8 slices day old bread, cubed
1 lb. sausage, fried and drained
4 oz. Velveeta cheese
4 oz. Longhorn cheese
1 can mushroom soup
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. cream or half and half
1 1/4 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Grease 9 x 13 inch baking dish and line bottom with bread cubes. Cover with sausage and cheeses. Mix together remaining ingredients in blender and then pour over sausage and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. This dish can be frozen.
