EGG CASSEROLE 
15 slices bread, cubed
3/4 lb. butter
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Ham or sausage, diced
8 eggs
Milk

Melt the cheese with butter. Beat 8 eggs and pour over bread crumbs. Then pour the cheese and butter over the bread crumbs along with 4 cups of milk. Salt and pepper to taste. Add diced ham or sausage. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
