EGG CASSEROLE | |
20 slices bread 1 lb. Velveeta cheese 1/2 lb. butter 8 eggs 4 c. milk 1 lb. fried bacon or sausage, fried and drained Remove crust from bread, cube and place in greased rectangular baking dish. Melt together Velveeta and butter. Pour over bread. Mix together eggs and milk in blender. Pour over cheese layer. Crumble bacon or sausage over egg mixture. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. |
