ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE WITH CRAB MEAT | |
1 can artichoke hearts 1 (6 1/2 oz.) crab meat 1/4 c. butter 1/4 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1 3/4 c. milk 1/4 tsp. curry powder or to taste 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/3 c. grated American cheese Arrange artichoke hearts in bottom of shallow baking dish. Drain crab meat and flake over and between artichoke hearts. Melt butter, blend in flour; add milk and stir until thickened. Blend in salt, curry powder and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over and around artichokes and crab. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve over rice. Serves 4. |
