CRAB MEAT CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. imitation crablegs, cut into bite size chunks
2 c. milk or Half and Half
2 c. mayonnaise
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. frozen peas
3 c. herb stuffing

Save 1 cup stuffing, mix all ingredients together, put into 9 x 13 inch pan.

Crush saved stuffing and sprinkle on top. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 35 minutes or until brown on top. Cut into squares and serve.
