ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE WITH CRAB
MEAT
 
10 oz. artichoke hearts
6 1/2 oz. crab meat
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. milk
1/8 tsp. curry powder
3-4 drops Worcestershire
1/3 c. grated American cheese

Place artichoke hearts in shallow baking dish. Flake crab meat over and between artichoke hearts. Melt butter and blend in flour. Add milk and stir until thickened. Blend in salt, curry powder and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over artichokes and crab meat. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and artichokes are tender.
