SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked squash (salt and pepper to taste)
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 can evaporated milk
2 c. grated cheese
1 tbsp. grated onion

Mix and put in buttered baking dish, top with 1/2 cup grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
