SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked squash
1/2 c. evaporated or whole milk
1 egg, beaten
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 med. onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Bake 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Before baking, top with bread crumbs and dot with butter, if you want.
