SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked squash
2 c. cracker crumbs
3/4 c. butter, melted
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. evaporated milk

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a lightly greased casserole dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
