FILLED CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 lg. head cabbage
1/2 lb. chopped beef
1 med. onion, chopped
Salt, pepper to taste
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 c. cooked rice
2 eggs
1 lg. can Hunts tomato sauce

Place cabbage in kettle of boiling water for 10 minutes. Set aside to cool. Remove casing from sausage; combine with chopped meat, rice, onion, eggs, salt and pepper. Separate cooled cabbage leaves and fill each with meat mixture. Place rolls in baking dish, top with Hunts sauce. Cover tightly and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.
