CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 frying chicken, cooked and cut up
1 breast cooked and cut up
1 c. chopped celery
1 sm. onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. can water chestnuts
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 sm. jar pimento
1 sm. pkg. almonds
1 box Stove Top stuffing

Saute celery and onion in butter. Mix all ingredients. Prepare Stove Top stuffing as directed and spread on top. Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees.
