CHICKEN SALAD 
5 1/2 c. diced chicken
3 hard boiled eggs
1 c. celery
1 c. sweet pickles
1 c. pecans
1 c. seedless grapes (cut in half)
1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimentos
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) can drained and chopped water chestnuts
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
1/2 c. pimento stuffed olives (chopped)
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Toss all ingredients with mayonnaise and lemon juice.
