CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 c. herb stuffing mix
3/4 c. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
12 oz. can evaporated milk
3 c. cooked turkey or chicken chunks
10 oz. pkg. frozen peas
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 sm. jar pimento

Mix stuffing and butter. Press half in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix other ingredients. Pour over crumbs. Top with remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Can be frozen; bake 2 hours if frozen.
