CHICKEN OR TURKEY CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. chicken or turkey pieces, cooked & drained
1 c. cream of celery soup
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 can mixed vegetables
Salt & pepper to taste
1 bag Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing
1/4 c. butter

Cook chicken until it falls off the bone. Mix all other ingredients into chicken, except stuffing and butter. Bring to a boil. Mix stuffing and butter and put half of the mixture in the bottom of pan or dish. Pour chicken mixture over this, then put remaining stuffing mix on top of chicken mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. 6 to 8 servings.
