CHEESE CAKE 
2 pkg. lady fingers
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 pt. all-purpose cream
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Line bottom and sides of springform pan with lady fingers. In bowl, whip cream cheese and all purpose cream until firm. Add sugar and vanilla. Pour 1/2 of mixture in pan, then add another layer of lady fingers. Top with rest of batter. For topping use either frozen strawberries, blueberries or cherry pie filling. Chill in refrigerator at least 4 hours.
