EASY BAKE LASAGNA 
(Use a 12 inch skillet.)

1 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 can or 1 pt. whole tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 envelope dry spaghetti sauce mix
2 (12 oz.) can V8 juice
1/2 to 1 pkg. (1 lb.) lasagna noodles
1 (16 oz.) carton cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
Chopped parsley

Heat oil in large skillet. Add meat and brown, until crumbly. Drain meat. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, dry mixes and V8. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 mintues. Cover the bottom of an oiled 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish with thin layer of meat sauce. Add layer of each: uncooked noodles, cottage cheese and Mozzarella. Repeat layers ending with meat sauce. Cover tightly with foil. Set pan on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Cut into squares and serve.

Tossed green salad and garlic bread go so well!
