PUMPKIN NUT BREAD 
2 c. pumpkin, canned
1 c. water
2 eggs
3/4 c. vegetable oil
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. raisins

Beat together pumpkin, water, eggs and oil. Combine flour, baking powder and baking soda, cinnamon and sugar. Fold in dry ingredients until smooth. Add raisins and walnuts. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
