PUMPKIN BREAD | |
3 1/2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. nutmeg 3 c. sugar 1 c. vegetable oil 4 eggs, beaten 3/4 c. buttermilk 1 tsp. vanilla 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin 1 c. raisins 1 c. chopped nuts In a large mixing bowl stir together flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar, oil, eggs and buttermilk; mix well. Stir in vanilla, pumpkin, raisins and nuts. Pour into 2 greased 9"x5"x3" loaf pans. Bake at 350°F for 60 to 65 minutes. |
