PUMPKIN BREAD 
1 c. sugar
1-1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. cooked pumpkin
1 c. cooking oil
2 lg. beaten eggs
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins

Sift sugar, flour, salt, spices and baking soda. Combine pumpkin, oil and beaten eggs. Add to the dry mix. Fold in instant pudding, nuts and raisins. Turn into greased pan, 8 x 8 x 2 inch. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour until wide creases appear across the top of firm bread.
