2 cucumbers
1/2 to 1 small onion
1 to 1 1/2 c. sour cream
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Peel, then slice cucumbers very thin. Slice onion very thin and add to cucumbers. Add sour cream, salt and pepper. Mix well.
