3 medium cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. green onions, finely chopped
1 tbsp. white vinegar
dash white pepper
1/2 c. light sour cream

Sprinkle the cucumbers with salt. Let stand 15 minutes, drain liquid. Add the onions, vinegar and pepper. Just before serving, stir in the sour cream.
