1 lg. cucumber
3 tbsp. sour cream
1 sm. onion, finely diced
Dill, diced

Very thinly slice cucumber and sprinkle with salt. Let set 10 minutes. Squeeze out excess water from cucumber and place in bowl. Add onion, a little oil, vinegar, sour cream, and dill.
