This recipe has been handed down in my family for generations! any kind of vinegar sugar a pinch of salt dairy sour cream a whole cucumber Note: None of these need a certain amount of anything, its the tasting of it. Mix in about the whole container of sour cream and beat with vinegar! When smooth add the pinch of salt and keep adding sugar until it tastes just right (not too sour and not too sweet).
