CUCUMBER SOUR CREAM SALAD 
1 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 tsp. dried dill weed
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 med. cucumbers, thinly sliced

In a large bowl, using wire whisk, beat together all ingredients except cucumbers. Add cucumbers, toss until well coated. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors, stirring occasionally. Makes 5 cups.
