1 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. onion, grated
2 tbsp. lemon juice
4 1/2 c. sliced, peeled cucumbers

Blend sugar, salt, sour cream, onion and lemon juice. Stir in cucumbers. Chill 2 hours. Serve in lettuce cups. Makes 6.
