2 large cucumbers
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. onion, finely chopped
1/4 tsp. sugar
Dash of pepper
1 1/2 tsp. parsley, chopped

Peel and thinly slice cucumbers. Toss with salt. Mix remaining ingredients and toss with cucumbers. Chill and serve.
