Seedless cucumbers
1/4 lg. onion
1 c. low-fat sour cream
2 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
Dash of salt
Dash of dill weed

Slice cucumber and onion thin. Mix all remaining ingredients together and pour on cucumber and onion - mix well. Cover and marinate for 2 hours. After 1 hour check taste and if necessary adjust if you need more vinegar or sugar.
