Really good recipe to use up cucumbers. I liked the sauce alot although I did some tweaking. For the cucumbers I had to smash the rest of the water out with my hands by squeezing them (recommended) I used chive sour cream (recommend) red wine vinegar (recommend) 4-5 drops of Tabasco (not recommended) I used 1 tbsp of dried chives (.....) 1 tsp dried dill weed (......) and fresh cracked pepper (recommended) the sauce is delish and its waiting in the fridge to eat!!!

I made this recipe for and all salad themed party. It was a hit! I didn't have Tabasco sauce so I used a dash of ground red pepper, it gave it a bit of zip.
