1 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 cucumbers

1. Combine sour cream, onion, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a large bowl.

2. Peel and thinly slice cucumbers; toss gently with cream mixture. Cover and refrigerate.
