BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. round steak, cut into thin strips
1/2 c. sliced onions
2 tbsp. butter
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed golden mushroom soup or cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/3 c. water
Hot buttered noodles

In skillet, brown meat and cook onion in butter until tender. Stir in soup, sour cream, paprika and water. Cover. Cook over low heat 45 minutes or until tender. Stir now and then serve over noodles. Serves 4.
