TOMATO BEEF 
1 lb. round steak, sliced in 1/3 inch strips
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
1 med. onion, sliced
1/4 c. Wesson oil
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 bay leaf
3 c. hot cooked noodles
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c. celery, sliced
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1/3 c. red wine or water
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper

In large skillet, saute round steak, mushrooms, garlic, onion and celery in Wesson oil. Blend in tomato sauce, whole tomatoes, wine and seasonings. Cover and simmer about 30 minutes until meat is tender. Serve over beds of noodles.
