BEEF, CORN, AND TOMATOES 
1 lb. hamburger
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lg. onion, sliced
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. kernel corn
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce

Brown the beef in oil in a fry pan, breaking into bite-size pieces. Add onion and green pepper. Cook 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Stir well and simmer until tender, about 15 to 20 minutes. Add more Tabasco, if desired. Serve over rice, or good as a skillet dish all by itself.
