BAKED CHICKEN & RICE 
6 boneless chicken breasts
3 c. uncooked minute rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 can French onion soup
1 pkg. mixed vegetables
Seasoned salt

Place chicken breasts in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix soups and frozen vegetables with uncooked rice. Cover chicken breasts with rice mixture. Sprinkle seasoned salt over top. Cover with foil. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
