BAKED CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 whole chicken
1 c. rice
2 c. water
4 beef bouillons
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Cut chicken up; put in a 13 x 9 x 2 pan. Put rice in bottom of pan; put beef bouillon on each corner. Then add chicken; salt, and pepper to taste. Cook on 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
