BEEF TOMATOES 
2 stalks celery
3 or 4 tomatoes
1 stalk green onion
3 or 4 green peppers
1/2 onion
1 lb. beef slices
1 tsp. wine
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. shoyu
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. cornstarch

GRAVY:

1 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. shoyu
1 tbsp. catsup
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Soak beef slices in mixture of wine, oil, shoyu, sugar and cornstarch for 1/2 hour. Cook soaked beef, remove from pan, cook vegetables. Put beef back in pan and add gravy and cook for a minute.
