TINA'S BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 lbs. pepper steak or round steak, cut in 2 inch strips
1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
3 tbsp. oil
1 can mushrooms
1 lb. egg noodles
Sour cream

Brown steak in oil. Add soups and mushrooms with liquid and simmer one hour or until meat is tender. Add sour cream to taste. Serve over noodles.
