BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. round steak in strips
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. cooked noodles

Brown steak and onion in butter. Stir in soup, water, sour cream and paprika. Cover, cook over low heat for 45 minutes or until meat is tender. Stir often. Serve over noodles.
