BEEF STROGANOFF | |
1 lg. round steak, cut into strips 1 lg. onion, chopped 1 can mushroom pieces 3 bouillon cubes 8 oz. sour cream 16 oz. noodles, cooked Brown round steak strips in 2 tablespoons butter. Add onion, mushrooms, bouillon cubes and 4 cups water; simmer approximately 2 hours, until meat is tender and liquid reduced. Add sour cream and simmer 5 minutes, stirring often. Serve over cooked noodles. |
