QUICK BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. round steak cut in 3/4 inch cubes
Flour
1/2 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. (6 oz. cans) mushrooms
1 c. sour cream
1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 to 8 drops Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. fat
1 clove garlic
Dash of pepper

Dip meat in flour, brown in fat. Add onions, garlic, mushrooms. Simmer until meat is almost tender (about 20 minutes). Combine sour cream, tomato soup, seasonings and pour over meat. Simmer 40 to 45 minutes or until meat is tender. Serve with rice or spaghetti.
