QUICK BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 round steak, cut into 1/2" strips
2 tbsp. shortening
1 onion, chopped
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. catsup
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Brown steak strips in hot fat; add onion and garlic salt. Cook for 5 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients; add to meat. Heat on low temperature until flavors blend. (If too thick, add a little milk.) May be served on noodles or rice.
