QUICK BEEF STROGANOFF 
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. dairy sour cream

In a skillet, brown ground beef and onions. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour off excess drippings. Add cream of mushroom soup and 1/3 can water. Stir until well blended. Just before serving add sour cream; mix well. Serve immediately on noodles or rice.
