THE INDIA HOUSE BANANA BREAD 
3 ripe or over ripe bananas (4 if small)
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mash bananas with fork. Stir in other ingredients. Pour into Teflon coated or buttered loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
